Cancellation Policy

Fees for Services are displayed on Haley Lancaster’s website or communicated directly prior to the booking of a session. All fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the session unless other arrangements are made. All payments are non-refundable, except where explicitly stated. Refunds will only be granted in cases of cancellation by Haley Lancaster or due to extenuating circumstances, at her discretion. No refunds will be issued for missed or partially attended sessions. You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the start of the session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded. Haley reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any session for any reason, in which case participants will be notified as soon as possible and provided with the option of rescheduling or receiving a refund.
