Terms and Conditions for Haley Lancaster Breathwork Facilitation and Guidance Services

1. Overview
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in and use of the breathwork facilitation and guidance services ("Services") provided by Haley Lancaster, including but not limited to individual and group breathwork sessions, workshops, coaching, and related activities. By participating in or purchasing any of these Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from participating in the Services.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in any Services. By registering for or attending a session, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the mental and physical ability to participate in breathwork activities.

3. Health and Medical Disclaimer
3.1 General Health Responsibility:
Breathwork is a powerful technique that may involve emotional and physical release. Before participating, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are in good physical and mental health. If you have any medical conditions, including but not limited to heart conditions, respiratory issues, high or low blood pressure, psychiatric conditions, or are pregnant, you must consult with your healthcare provider before participating in any Services.

3.2 Medical Emergencies:
Haley Lancaster is not a medical professional, and the Services provided are not a substitute for professional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. If you experience any discomfort or medical emergency during or after a session, please stop immediately and seek medical assistance.

3.3 No Guarantees:
While breathwork can offer deep emotional and physical benefits, results may vary, and no outcomes are guaranteed. Haley Lancaster makes no warranties or representations about the effectiveness of the Services for any specific individual.

4. Participation in Breathwork Sessions
4.1 Voluntary Participation:
Participation in breathwork is entirely voluntary. You may stop the practice at any time. If at any point during a session you feel overwhelmed or uncomfortable, it is your responsibility to immediately notify Haley or stop the exercise.

4.2 Session Conduct:
All participants are expected to maintain respect for others during group sessions. Any form of disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful behavior may result in immediate removal from the session without a refund.

4.3 Recordings:
Sessions may be recorded for training, review, or promotional purposes with the consent of participants. You will be notified if a session will be recorded, and by attending, you agree to be included unless you explicitly opt out in writing.

5. Fees and Payments
5.1 Session Fees:
Fees for Services are displayed on Haley Lancaster’s website or communicated directly prior to the booking of a session. All fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the session unless other arrangements are made.

5.2 Refunds:
All payments are non-refundable, except where explicitly stated. Refunds will only be granted in cases of cancellation by Haley Lancaster or due to extenuating circumstances, at her discretion. No refunds will be issued for missed or partially attended sessions.

5.3 Cancellations and Rescheduling:
You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the start of the session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded. Haley reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any session for any reason, in which case participants will be notified as soon as possible and provided with the option of rescheduling or receiving a refund.

6. Confidentiality
6.1 Privacy of Information:
Haley Lancaster values your privacy and confidentiality. Personal information shared during breathwork sessions, including emotional releases or experiences, will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

6.2 Group Session Confidentiality:
In group sessions, it is the responsibility of all participants to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others. What is shared within a session is meant to stay within the group, and you agree not to disclose personal or sensitive information of others outside the session.

7. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver
7.1 Assumption of Risk:
By participating in any breathwork session or activity, you acknowledge that breathwork can involve physical, emotional, and psychological risks, including but not limited to hyperventilation, dizziness, emotional distress, physical discomfort, or spiritual experiences. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in these activities.

7.2 Liability Waiver:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to waive, release, and discharge Haley Lancaster, her agents, and her affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to your participation in the Services, including injury, illness, or other physical or emotional harm, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Ownership:
All content, materials, and methodologies used in the Services, including written materials, visual presentations, and session recordings, are the intellectual property of Haley Lancaster. You agree not to copy, distribute, or reproduce any such materials without written consent.

8.2 Permitted Use:
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use any provided materials for your personal development only. Any unauthorized commercial use is strictly prohibited.

9. Code of Conduct
9.1 Respect for Others:
Participants are expected to maintain respect and a safe environment for others during all sessions. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the session.

9.2 No Alcohol or Substance Use:
Participants must refrain from using alcohol or recreational drugs prior to or during any breathwork session, as altered states of consciousness can increase the risks involved in breathwork practice.

10. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
Haley Lancaster reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via the website or email, and your continued use of the Services after any such changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services provided will be resolved through good faith negotiations. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to mediation or arbitration in California, as mutually agreed by the parties.
